Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Just WhatsApp us 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery and we will pause, modify, or cancel — no questions asked.
How fresh is the oil?
Cold-pressed in small batches and shipped within 1–3 days of pressing. We do not hold stock.
Can I mix products in my subscription?
Absolutely. Many subscribers order gingelly oil + idli podi together. We customise every order.
Is there a minimum subscription value?
No minimum. You can subscribe to a single 500ml bottle of gingelly oil if that is all you need.
How do I pay?
UPI, GPay, PhonePe, or bank transfer. We confirm payment before dispatch.
